With regret I needed to post that PSR was re-implemented for Northwest legacy and legacy Delta Air Lines delays. Trouble in October rerequired a full scale investigation of all coding and data issues that have backloged for years.
But it was time to launch and all seems well.
Cycle two begins today at 10AM with the PAX file and cycle 1 will end at 6:20 with the non-air export.

Last Week
- Loyalty interfaces
Lookup by Memeber ID Number remains unfinished at the host. Issue posted to QC items remain open as of Friday for Miles and Customer Value numbers.
Lookup by Member Name complete.
PSR is about 33% complete. Delayed flight information will be an indirect manual process to get delayed flight listed each moring and posting that list in an excel sheet to a folder where batch will add to 45 running list of delayed delta flights. End to End testing will be done this week.

Found a “problem” with concord/cirrus.
Individual user try to speed up the generate/edit/print letters cycle with short-cuts. These short-cut work well most of the time can cause lock-ups if the same file is open in more than one instance of MS-Word. Too many open windows, too many copies of the same file open, can lock up all of the one streamed application in Citrix and the local workstation loaded application.

Working a few issues with the training class getting access to all the applications.
- Tom Atz was not setup for concord on the training PC. Needed to unexpired his account
- Kim Tompson’s ID was not setup until 9:09 AM this morning in AD. Last member of the Ishop requests to get setup by security. Because she used SSPM to setup her ID there prior to AD it locked up ID. She is using a Temp ID until Help Desk gets this fixed.
- New user in Customer Care joined the class, but was never in training database.

Working to find a solution where Concord/Cirrus can be used with one centeral database server but still have reasonable responce time to any client anywhere in the world. Right now that solution seems to be Citrix Streaming Presentation Server and ICA clients. More to follow as this project progresses.

Reports have been arriving all morning about a couple of different problems within concord.
- Some users are not able to access concord
- Some did not get the upgrade
- some are not able to generate a letter
- some don’t have reporting queries of data downloaded
All of these should be resolved today.

Added manager to the query for both last update user of contact card as well as the responcible employee’s manager. Then updated the schedule so that it will run with other audit reports each Sunday for domestic departments and monthly for Pacific.
